7 months agoI was so delighted when the Hyde Park location of Piping Kettle opened as we were already big fans. This is our go to place for hot soup but also to pick up frozen soup that goes in our freezer for those "quick dinners". The soup is always tasty and very healthy with lots of veggies and tons of other good ingredients. The ingredients for sandwiches are also amazing - so many choices! From the bread to the fillings - yum! The store is always busy but the staff are very helpful and efficient. Thank you for providing the community with healthy lunch and dinner meals! I have dined in, taken out the frozen and hot soups and had door dash deliver!

7 months agoFirst off the soup is to die for. No matter which kind you chose they are all so amazing with so much flavour. Second, the service is always kind and with a smile. I also love that if you haven't tried a type of soup yet, they will give you a trial size. Third, my daughter and I always eat in the restaurant. It is always kept very clean and the bathrooms are always immaculate. Bonus point goes to the awesome art work on the wall. Overall one of my favourite places ever for a great bowl of soup or sandwich.

7 months agoThis is our go to place after a long day at work when cooking just isn’t in the cards. So many delicious soups and freshly made sandwiches to choose from. Portions are generous enough that we can easily split a large soup and sandwich between 2 of us. Perfect comfort food. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Prices are quite reasonable in these days of inflated food prices. So glad Piping Kettle is in our neighborhood!

7 months agoI’m a regular customer and get some soups pretty much every week. I usually ask for a taste if I see something I haven’t tried ( cold salads too) and have never been disappointed or even tried a soup that I didn’t like!!! The staff is wonderful and the owner even made me some amazing clam chowder and saved it for me as it sold out quickly. Great neighborhood addition!!

7 months agoCame to this location for the 1st time with my mom ( who is the queen of making soups). The store is clean and cheerful. The staff are super nice We got soup and sandwiches. Absolutely delicious!!! My mom was sooo impressed!! At 84 she thinks she will now buy her soups instead of making them and only from here I will return! And mom will tell all her friends to come! Thankyou for a great lunch and the great prices!!!
